Cancellations & Refund Policy

1. Flight Cancellations

In order to cancel a flight that you’ve already booked with mytripcharge, contact our customer service department at +1-877-747-1477.

Here are some notes to keep in mind:

  • Generally, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Flight changes may include airline fees and fare differences.
  • Some tickets are non-refundable — check your itinerary.
  • You may still receive airline credit for future travel.
  • Some airlines require direct cancellation contact.

Cancellation policies depend on airline rules. We cannot control airline refund decisions.

2. Hotel Cancellations

  • Refund depends on hotel rules and booking type.
  • Unpublished rates are non-refundable.
  • Hotels may charge fees for late cancellations.
  • Changes like room type or dates may incur charges.
  • If changes aren’t allowed, cancel and rebook.

3. Rental Car Cancellations

  • Most bookings can be cancelled without penalty.
  • Changes require cancellation and rebooking.

4. Cruises Cancellation

  • Early Booking: Flexible cancellation possible.
  • Final Payment: Fees apply closer to departure.
  • Insurance: Recommended for protection.
  • Policies: Vary by cruise line.

5. Cancelling Your Vacation

  • Suppliers may charge cancellation fees.
  • Fees apply per service, not total booking.

Refund Policy

Refunds depend on supplier policies and force majeure conditions.

Processing time: 15–45 days.

No refunds for unused services.

Refunds are issued via original payment method.

Credit option valid for 24 months may be provided.

Conditions of Travel

  • No refund for late join or early exit.
